Over the past 30 years as President, Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing, and as a Contractor, for several public and private corporations, Richard has specialized in and is recognized for his ability to turn around and improve failing or marginally producing Sales & Marketing Organizations. He has successfully launched multiple Startups and Innovative Special Projects. Richard has personally recruited and trained over 1,000 highly successful Sales and marketing Professionals, Managers and Directors around the world throughout his career. During his tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a fortune 500 company, he conceived and developed a National Podium Program that effectively reduced costs in the hiring and training of new reps, which eventually grew to produce over $300MM annually in new sales and is now used by several sales organizations World Wide.
EDWARD J. O’CONNOR

Edward O’Connor has been an entrepreneur, business owner, public servant and educator during his over 40 year career adventure.
Mr. O’Connor was the founder of The Celebration Group (legally permitted name use by The Walt Disney Company) a real estate, mortgage finance, development and title insurance company in Florida and New York. The enterprise generated over $ 50 million in annual gross revenue at the height of its strongest business cycle. Celebration has secured more than $ 1 billion in private and public financing during its history for many diverse real estate transactions. Mr. O’Connor has served on several boards of for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Prior to becoming a business entrepreneur, Mr. O’Connor’s public service included being a member of The White House Domestic Policy Staff during the Carter Administration. On Capitol Hill he was a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Leo J. Ryan who was assassinated in the Jonestown, Guyana mass suicide. Upon returning to his native New York, Mr. O’Connor became a Dutchess County public official and was later elected LaGrange Town Supervisor which included Budget Officer and Police Chief responsibilities.
As an educator, Mr. O’Connor was an Adjunct Professor of history, government and economics at the graduate and undergraduate level of higher education institutions. Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, American University and the University of Notre Dame.
Heith M. Doyle
Senior Vice President
Heith Doyle is a Wisconsin Army Veteran that loves the outdoors. After his time with the US Army, Heith spent 20 years in the resort industry where he achieved "President's Club" status for individually selling over 3 million dollars per year which he continued year after year. It was Heith's proudest moment, when he was awarded the "Director of the Year" award in 2015 by ARDA (American Resort and Development Assocation). Heith was hired as a Sales Director with his sole task to turn a failing sales operation around. Within the first year, sales revenue quadrupled. Heith is very humbled by his successes and thanks the United States Army for the leadership and discipline that was instilled in him.
